Fenomenal You! A New View of Menopause

For far too long in human history the essential feminine processes of menstrual cycles and menopause have been poorly understood, grievously unsupported, and therefore often experienced in negative and distressing ways. 

In recent times, thankfully, there has been a great flowering of knowledge about the true nature of our menstrual cycles. In many parts of the world the Red Tent movement has provided a container both symbolic and real for women to come together to participate in and benefit from that reclaiming. Of utmost importance, if our feminine consciousness is to be fully restored to us, is for women at the ongoing stages of maturation to have  their own places of gathering to share education, exploration, and liberation. We need each other’s nurturing, humorous and inspiring company in the Purple Tent through our menopausal years, and then in the Silver Tent at cronehood.

Presenter Information Jane Catherine Severn is a Psychotherapist, Pascha Therapist, Writer and  Educator, who has dedicated her life to creating a new body of knowledge for women about their 4M feminine design: Menarche, Menstrual Cycles, Menopause and Mature Life. 

She is the founder and facilitator of Luna House (an educational and therapeutic service offering women and the men who love them courses, workshops, seminars and personal consultations to support these sometimes challenging and often mysterious aspects of our lives. 

Her first book The World Within Women: the femenome guide to your menstrual cycle was published in 2021, and her second, The Alchemy of Menopause is expected in 2023.
